We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, and in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt) is required.

To start a return, please contact us at sales@instantpeeldtf.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-4 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Let us know! We’re happy to exchange items where stock allows.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll sort it out ASAP.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items can’t be returned, such as:

• Gift cards

• Sale/clearance items (if marked as final sale)

• Personalised or custom products
